- Made from high protein wheat flour, whole meal flour, rye flour and 10 types of multi grains and nuts, yogurt, RO water, olive oil, pink salt, sugar and yeast.

- Chewy, nutty and tangy texture with a slightly milky & buttery aroma

- To slow down bread from staling and molding during transit, bread is sealed in a plastic bag with oxygen absorber and silica gel.  

IMPORTANT INFO BEFORE PLACING ORDER

- Please do not place order if you are from East Malaysia, shipping time takes too long and bread becomes moldy.

- Bread will be shipped Unsliced because unsliced bread generally lasts longer than sliced bread. Slicing bread exposes more surface area to the air, which leads to faster staling and mold growth. The crust of an unsliced loaf acts as a barrier, helping to retain moisture and freshness

- Bread without preservatives is highly time-sensitive. Please take note that if the delivery takes more than 2 days the bread won't be that fresh anymore. 

- In Malaysia's hot weather, bread typically starts to develop mold within 4 to 5 days after baking.

- Upon receiving, slice the entire loaf and put it in an airtight container and store it in the fridge to maintain freshness. 

- Store in the freezer for long-term preservation.

- If you opt for self-collection at SPX collection points, pick up your order as soon as possible upon receiving notification of its arrival.

- Please allow 1-2 days before order is ship.

**Shipping Schedule: Orders will be shipped Monday through Thursday on a first-in, first-out basis. Orders received after Wednesday cut-off time (12pm) will be shipped the following week to avoid bread from shipping delay during weekend.
